On June 1, 2026, Danish fans can experience Massive Attack live at Royal Arena as the band brings their dark and atmospheric sound universe to Copenhagen.
Emerging in the early 1990s, Massive Attack became known for their hypnotic fusion of hip-hop rhythms, soulful melodies, deep dub basslines and electronic textures. With album classics such as Blue Lines, Protection and the groundbreaking Mezzanine, they set a new standard for electronic music — darker, more cinematic and emotionally intense.
Rooted in Bristol’s 1980s soundsystem collective The Wild Bunch, the band’s career was launched with the 1991 debut album Blue Lines. Over the years, the duo consisting of Robert Del Naja and Grant Marshall has continually challenged both musical and visual formats.
Massive Attack are renowned for concerts where sound, light and visuals merge into an overwhelming immersive experience. Fans can look forward to iconic tracks such as Teardrop, Unfinished Sympathy and Safe from Harm at Royal Arena.
