VENUE POLICY FOR ROYAL ARENA

We want all our guests to have a safe and enjoyable experience at Royal Arena. To ensure safety, a positive atmosphere, and mutual respect before, during, and after events, we have established some basic rules. These rules apply to all events and the entire area surrounding the arena.

Conduct and behavior

Access to Royal Arena requires a valid ticket, pass, or other proof of entitlement to be on the premises. Tickets or passes must be presented upon request to Royal Arena staff or stewards.

You must sit in the seat indicated on your ticket. If staff ask you to move for safety reasons, you are required to follow their instructions.

We expect all guests to behave considerately. You must not act in a way that disturbs or endangers others. Always follow instructions from Royal Arena staff and announcements made over the PA system.

Speak respectfully to staff – they are working to give you the best possible experience. Threatening, offensive, or inappropriate behavior towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal. If you have a complaint, please email info@royalarena.dk instead.

Our stewards may remove guests who do not comply with the rules or who appear visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
