Who is behind the arena?
Realdania and the City of Copenhagen are each contributing DKK 325 million to the construction of the arena. The parties have established a company, Arena CPHX P/S, which is responsible for the task of planning and constructing Royal Arena. The two owners hold equal stakes in the company.
In December 2016, operations were handed over to Live Nation/Danish Venue Enterprise (read more about this here). However, Realdania and the City of Copenhagen retain ownership of the arena through Arena CPHX P/S.
